Annual training plan-2

1.Base Period(mid Dec - early Mar)
・Strength Training (mainly Upper body)
・Speed Skills (for Efficient Pedaling, Isolated Legs, Spin-out. for form, Form Sprints)
・Endurance(max 6 or 7hrs)
・Force (Go to hilly courses, smooth pedaling)
・Muscular Endurance (Tempo, Cruise Intervals, 30 to 120 min)
・Riding Techniques (On MTB, Fast descent, Clearing Objects and so on)

これ見るとシクロクロス楽しそう。


凍結路面でウィリーとか、すごすぎ。
